How Do I Get Around This Issue to Install 24H2?

I am a bit lost as I posted previously about the POPCNT and I was advised my CPU was compatible with 24H2

make a bootable USB drive using the win11 24H2 iso with Rufus.
when you start to burn the ISO with Rufus tick all the boxes that allow this install or upgrade.

if upgrading there is no need to reboot just open explorer and then the USB drive and double click the setup.exe file.
the upgrade will start .. note, please back up all data first.

I have CPU check Bypass enabled in my registry already

I did the LabConfig TPM Bypass in my registry now as well

run that CMD. if you already tweaked your os, it will be highlighted in pink (the text in the powershell window) and say that it was removed. run it again as admin and it will be green highlight stating installed. then mount the iso and run setup.exe. let me know what it says after that

If I create the bootable disk from Rufus, I don't need to reboot my computer just to upgrade do I? What's the process after I create the bootable USB disk?

bypass is installed. now download the iso, mount it and launch setup.exe.

Download Windows 11

you dont even need rufus to upgrade. just run the iso setup

You can install Windows 11, 23H2 almost anywhere, but, in order to install Windows 11, 24H2 your CPU absolutely MUST have the SSE4.2 instruction set included. If you don't know, if you have it or not, get and run CPU-Z and it will tell you.

Forget all the Yada, Yada, Yada and gobledegook, , , if your CPU has that SSE4.2, Instruction, then it will run 24H2, otherwise NO!
That's it!!!
And, use Rufus to burn the Windows 24H2 ISO, to a flash drive, and it can eliminate most all of the MS BS that can complicate an install of Windows.
Just for fun, I tried to install 24H2 on to an old Laptop, that did not have the SSE4.2 Instruction Set, and the install went off without a hitch.
But, when the computer rebooted at the end of the install, that was IT. Allus Kaput! NO BOOT!
It DOES NOT make any difference, whether your CPU is an intel or AMD, , NONE!

Now, if that install had been 23H2 or earlier, NO Problem!

That didn't work for me, when I installed 24H2 yesterday using rufus 4.5.2180. Windows setup whined about not having secure boot. I was able to get it to work by running setup /product server.

Rufus worked perfectly with 23H2 last December, but I guess it needs to be updated.

Microsoft seems intent on playing these childish games. And they just can't understand why people are very slowly adopting their beautiful new baby :)

answer your question, if you made a Rufus USB stick just use Windows Explorer to navigate to the setup.exe and run it, if indeed you just want to do an in-place upgrade.

It’s from the maker of Rufus (possibly whats in the file you downloaded, but I couldn’t tell you as proper credits weren’t given)

Why would my network experience problems after upgrading to 24H2 ? I did a reset network to defaults but still experience disconnections and slow throughput? It said it was installing the Server version? I have since rolled back to 23H2
