Has anyone successfully changed the black background color for Signout, Reboot, Shutdown, and Update screens on Win11? It's very hard on the eyes and looks worse in my opinion with no color for many themes. We used to easily be able to do this in Win10.
Is there a registry setting (or a combination of settings) that does this? I've already tried the settings below; however, it didn't affect anything.
Is there a way to do this with a 3rd party utility? *Sigh* I can't believe how badly Microsoft screwed up the Win11 GUI.

Code:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon]
"Background"="224 100 82"
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Colors]
"Background" = "224 100 82"
[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Control Panel\Colors]
"Background" = "224 100 82"
