If the info isn't really private you could scan it and try this site, Free AI Handwriting to Text Convertor

Not used it but it says to try for free.

If you haven't got a scanner then take a photo of the note and try Snipping tool to copy the text?

Again this is trial and error. Good luck.

If your printer device is an AIO [All In One] or MFD [MultiFunction Device] with a scanner you might try an OCR [Optical Character Recognition] program, many printers' software will have it or try IRIS.

Again this is trial and error. Good luck.
Bit more breakdown:

To use the OCR feature in Snipping Tool, the app version must be 11.2308.33.0 or newer.
Launch Snipping Tool, select "Snip" (the camera icon)

Click "…" > “Open File” to choose your image to extract text from.

When you see the screenshot in Snipping Tool, at the Top of the tool, click "Text Actions."

To copy select text from the image, highlight the text on the image, right-click the text, and choose "Copy", click "Copy All Text."

Think I had that note from an article on TheWindowsClub? Not 100% sure of source credit…

fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

.jpg ,size limited upto 5 Mb
Works for other formats like .jpeg, .png, .jfif, .webp, .gif
Thank you for reading this post and guiding me.
This seems to be solved atleast for pictures taken by tablet/mobile cameras.
I am marking this thread as solved. But comments are always welcome. Pdf formats are not opening in OCR by this extension. I am attaching OCR extraction of .png image to text in the form of screenshot taken by Windows + Shift+ S
