Solved How to delete the folder of a removed account

As per the attached image, a folder from a user account remains. That account was removed from within Windows, but whatever I did managed to leave this orphan behind. Attempts to highlight and delete the folder from an Administrator account just leads to laughing in my face, accompanied by a warning that I need Administrative privileges... which I have. Any wisdom friends?
