Yes, there is no OEM driver. BIOS settings has nothing about USB. I will check EHCI and XHCI, but I don't think they exists in the BIOS. I can try to add a usb 2.0 hub and see if it will fix the issue.The hardware IDs don't help as there are no OEM drivers to download. Have you tried using another USB 2.0 port? I have seen in my own PC that some simple devices don't work properly when connected to USB 3.0 or higher ports. Also see in BIOS (aka UEFI firmware) for the USB settings. Disable USB timeout, if any, and also try to toggle EHCI (or XHCI) handoff on or off to see if that makes any difference.
