Hello everyone, recently, especially in the last 2 days, I have been witnessing that the laptop suddenly shuts itself off in AutoCAD and certain games, sometimes I see that I am not at the computer, but when I return suddenly I see that it is turned off, what do you think the reason for this could be?

When I look at the event viewer it says something like this as an error.

: The attached controller (EC) did not respond within the specified timeout period. This may indicate an error in the EC hardware or firmware, or that the BIOS is accessing the EC incorrectly. You need to consult your computer manufacturer for an updated BIOS. In some cases, it may cause the computer to work incorrectly.

The source is seen as 'ACPI'.

I have noticed these errors in safe mode and have never seen them.

I see you are running a 13th gen Intel. If you are not on the latest BIOS, you could easily be getting random problems.

have you run the HP support assistant which is available from the MS store.
that way you can check for driver, firmware and BIOS updates for the system.

best of luck, Steve ..

Did this issues started happening after you upgraded to 24H2 or did you have them before as well (while running 23H2)?

PS.While running a diagnostic/info report - it helps to set the Windows language to English, cause i'm pretty sure most people here - don't speak Turkish.

Do you have the latest BIOS: https://support.hp.com/ro-en/driver...top-pc-17-ck2000/model/2101473516?sku=7P654EA

Maybe you do, seeing it's F12 - but yours showed as released in October, and on HP Support page it's shown as F.12 Rev.A released in December. But sometimes it's the same (simply different release & naming - based on the region you're from).
Hello, I upgraded to Windows 24H2 and then I started to have these problems much more recently and I can't clearly understand why this is happening. By the way, I uploaded the system BSOD and Log files in English language to the site.

Didn't quite understand. Did this issues "happen before the upgrade (to 24H2) as well - or only after"?!

I see, so, this is some kind of English with Turkish accent...

... I struggle understanding this accents. Might help if you set it to American or U.K. English.
