1. Get the Win 11 ISO
2. Mount it
3. Run... setup.exe
4. Choose: "Keep personal files and apps"

When Brink writes a tutorial he has to include... EVERY option.
When we follow a tutorial, we only have to do the easiest option. :D

Get your smart phone. Head to the er... reading room.
That's the room where (in the days before smart phones), you would read the shampoo bottles.
Read through the tutorial 3-4 times.
Decide which method is easiest for you, and proceed to... do that. :-)

So I ran the DISM command you posted, on my Windows 11/Pro/64 installation, and I got this:

Yeah... the command is wrong...

It should be Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth ...there's no .exe after Dism
