Solved iCUE issues with keyboard lighting

I wouldn't tie both issues to iCUE as just about anything can cause sleep issues to include outdated drivers.

The sleep is fine. It's upon waking from sleep - both monitor sleep and computer sleep - that the illumination on the keyboard stops working. I have to restart the program. Once I do that, the keyboard functions.

iCue not working when resuming from sleep

Hi I have an issue with iCue when resuming from sleep. I think the issue is solved. Sort of. Corsair tech support got back to me and had me disable allowing the computer to put the mouse and USBs to sleep. That solved it for the monitor waking from sleep issue, I believe. The computer waking from sleep was either what tech support had me do or me waiting for a couple of seconds before inputting my passcode to get back into Windows. Either way, the keyboard has been staying illuminated.

I had some odd issue of the keyboard randomly changing from static purple, which is what I want, to static red. To solve this, I deleted the static red setting in iCUE. So, all seems to be fine now.

I never encountered that problem. The only problem is that it wouldn't update from the application, so I had to download the msi file.
