Sorry if I ask you a couple of questions, perhaps trivial, but which in my opinion greatly limit everyday life on Windows 11, when compared, as in my case, to a working life with Windows 7, where these 2 movements were allowed.

The first movement, to easily move 1 or more files in an application or from one folder to another, in the second one, you could move one or more files on the desktop.
Do you know if there is a way to authorize at least one of these two movements with the files?
