Solved Incorrect Parameters with picture files

I made a previous post about this topic that I thought was due to an external hard drive, but I have uninstalled the driver and disconnected the drive and am still getting the error. It only seems to happen with picture files. I even tried downloading a picture, but it also gives me the same error. Lastly, I did run CHKDSK on the drive before I ditched it and got the following errors occurredc000000e, 6e74667363686b2e bcc, 6e74667363686b2e 1847.

Is it maybe a program you are using to open the image files causing the problem.

I tried right clicking and opening with paint and photo but didn't work. opening the app first opened them.

Lol after I did that I closed the apps and clicked on the picture and now it opened! thank you!
