Increase Font Size in Windows 11 and stay in visible area of monitor

Reading text in W11 apps is difficult without bringing the monitor close to my face. I can change system/display/scale but the greater scale (e.g., 150%) puts some images out of the monitor. See the image below.

Is there some way to increase font size and keep the images inside my monitor?

What is the size and resolution of the monitor?

I have it set to 150% on a 27" monitor,
