Intel Dynamic Tuning & GNA Drivers?

I just enabled the Intel Dynamic Tuning & GNA options in BIOS of my Asus Z790 board which work fine. Do these features provide a useful function?

I don't need it. May be students to study.

I have this disabled by default in the BIOS.

I can't find anything about it in the BIOS and
