My cpu volts is at idle hits VID MAX 1.448 to a max of 1.479 but if it is a full load it is around 1.329 volts is this normal for the idle load to be high.

Get the ZIP version (portable) of CPU-Z, here...

See what it shows for Core voltage... it will constantly vary.

IF... you're not overclocking... that voltage you posted, seems a bit high.

When the first 14th gen CPUs came out they had their core voltage cranked up.
Subsequent BIOS updates, should have fixed that.
So... it's probably a good idea to make sure you're on the latest non-beta BIOS version.

The latest BIOS version for your motherboard is... F12f

In CPU-Z, on the Mainboard tab, you can see what BIOS version you're on at the moment.

It could just be running the way it is supposed to run.
These new CPUs do things a bit differently, than the old days.

If it's not causing temperature problems, I wouldn't worry about it too much.

These days we have Turbo Boost, P cores and E cores... all kinds of alien technology, probably from Roswell, NM. :D

Just keep an eye on your load temps for a while.

What kind of CPU cooler are you using?

p cores and e cores are new to me for sure, next cpu upgrade will require some research to brush back up to date entirely, Turbo boost however has been around for yonks

I'm an AMD/Nvidia guy.
It's best not to be too concerned with all the hieroglyphics in the BIOS.
Just keep an eye on your temps.

With an i7 14700K, you shouldn't run into too many things that CPU, can't do... easily.
So unless your temps are getting out of hand... I wouldn't worry about it. :-)

Now if you have been playing around with the BIOS settings... I would stop doing that.
There's a website called overclock.net
Spend some time researching... then if you want to play around with overclocking... go for it.

Make sure you do your BIOS updates to mitigate the core voltage problem that is affecting Intel CPUs. Grab the latest and greatest from your motherboard manufacturer's website.

I just did mine on Monday for my i7 13700K and it was painless. I also noticed no difference in performance afterward when I used the CPU-Z benchmark. And hopefully, now my cores won't break.
