IF... you're not overclocking... that voltage you posted, seems a bit high.
When the first 14th gen CPUs came out they had their core voltage cranked up.
Subsequent BIOS updates, should have fixed that.
So... it's probably a good idea to make sure you're on the latest non-beta BIOS version.
The latest BIOS version for your motherboard is... F12f
In CPU-Z, on the Mainboard tab, you can see what BIOS version you're on at the moment.
p cores and e cores are new to me for sure, next cpu upgrade will require some research to brush back up to date entirely, Turbo boost however has been around for yonksIt could just be running the way it is supposed to run.
These new CPUs do things a bit differently, than the old days.
If it's not causing temperature problems, I wouldn't worry about it too much.
These days we have Turbo Boost, P cores and E cores... all kinds of alien technology.
Just keep an eye on your load temps for a while.
i am running gigabyte control center and it has the cpu ecore at 4.3 all the time and 5.5ghz all the time now. i am using the software to control my rgb and gigabyte gpu fans.It could just be running the way it is supposed to run.

I just did mine on Monday for my i7 13700K and it was painless. I also noticed no difference in performance afterward when I used the CPU-Z benchmark. And hopefully, now my cores won't break.
