Interesting digital activation tests

I did the test of the downgrade activation a while back (Pro to Home - I'm sure I posted on TF) but not with N that's new to me.

Yep - activated. So not only does a consumer Pro licence activate Home & Home SL, it will activate N variants as well!

Yep - I suspect this is the case - I will try activating a Pro install with a Pro N key.

I tried activating Pro N using a Pro Key on a new vm without digital licence, and it would not accept key. So although the digital licences work on either, 1st time use of keys is still edition specific, as you surmised/
