Intermittent full-system reboots while under various stress loads

Hey guys, I have a persisting issue that I can't quite figure out.

I've been getting full system restarts, (generally while gaming) that are throwing a Kernel Power 41 (63) error with no other real descriptions to it. My pc has done this since it ran WIN10, and I haven't found much of a pattern to it other than whilst gaming.

I get no blue screen, no error message, nothing. My screen just goes black and it reboots. It generally takes longer to reboot whenever it does this as opposed to booting from being cold.

I have recently (January or so) replaced the power supply. From a 750W to an 850W, in hopes that that would fix the issue, which it unfortunately hasn't.
I will be testing the memory when I have the opportunity (hopefully after work tomorrow).
I do not have another GPU to swap for in the interim, as my 1070ti gave up the ghost a year or two ago.
This system was built originally in 2019 or so, but I've built upon it and re-built it numerous times.
I can't accurately recall when this issue started, but I'm hoping that it's not the GPU.

I will be attaching the V2 log file at the end here.
Thank you all for your help in advance.
(Also, my PC is nicknamed Powerslave because I'm a huge Iron Maiden fan.)

Which type of mem check?
Mdsched.exe, which came back clean, according to Event Viewer.
I should have the correct file uploaded now.

I just did some cleanup on an older Win10 computer [came with Win7], one of the things was to take the fan off the CPU, clean the CPU and cooling fin base then apply new Arctic Silver compound to assure better heat conductance hence better cooling. I like a 3 year timing on that.

1) Please read this link on Windows Driver Verifier (WDV):

Enable and Disable Driver Verifier in Windows 10

2) Create a new restore point

3) Learn the methods to recover from BSOD caused by WDV by booting into safe mode and running one or more of these commands:

verifier /reset

verifier /bootmode resetonbootfail

See option #9 and #7:

4) Plan to run the tool with multiple customized test settings.

a) Test all non-Microsoft drivers

b) Test no Microsoft drivers

c) For the first run of WDV select the 3 customized tests displayed in the TF tutorial

5) Whenever the WDV tool is started if there is no immediate BSOD then open administrative command prompt and copy and paste:

verifier /querysettings

Post a share link.

Customized tests will then be posted for the next run of WDV.

WDV can run continuously during the testing.

For any BSOD post a new V2 share link into the newest post.
