As far as I know none of the routers are capable of generating real-time bandwidth monitoring- something similar to MRTG

I've used NetWorx for years. Especially like the graph which keep on lower right desktop corner. The older version 5.5.5 works fine and is free, it can still be found to download.

Back in the Win 7 days, I used Networx (NetWorx : bandwidth monitor, connection speed test, data usage log). They've gone to paid only now, but it's not hard to find the older free versions.
