Is it possible to change the height of title bars in Windows 11?

Compared to Windows 7, from which I upgraded, the title bars in Windows 11 are huge. So much valuable real estate is wasted, in my opinion.

Is there any way to change this without the use of ExplorerPatcher or Stardock's WindowsBlinds 11?

Or does anyone have experience changing the registry key BorderWidth in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\WindowMetrics?

I think the reason notepad's title bar looks so big is because that's an older version of it. The current version of notepad looks something like this:

StartAllBack or ExplorerPatcher will do it. StartAllBack has adjustable Taskbar Height with just a simple click & drag.
