Is there a 3-pin to 4-pin fan Header Convertor or Adapter?

Well, that should work for the OP if true.

BTW, I'll pass since I can set fan speeds via curves from my BIOS. I just set to run below noise level as I require a silent system.
The advantage of using this app is you can make curves for gpu (or any temp sensor)
I made a mixed graph so fan speed go higher if cpu or gpu temp gets high

For me, I don't need all that. I just need to make sure the PC is quiet when not gaming and listening to music. Once the curves are set they stay that way unless I need to change them, which I never do.

I have an audiophile setup connected to my PC so it's all about noise levels as well as cooling. I don't overclock so I can run my fans low. And the only time it gets loud is when gaming, and that's only the GPU fans.

ha ha no. not secret. i have several pc, but the one referred to in this thread is indeed some H61 clone but it's not original intel h61 or any of the official remakes. previously on this pc it was an original intel h61 made for HP from circa 2012-2015, but that busted, so i got a real budget china clone replacement to hold the LGA 1155 socket chip. this one is mini-itx, previous one was for micro-atx.

i was waiting for my vendor to respond (i just bought it a few days before time of this post), so that i can give u guys better details, but it seems communication has gone dead with the vendor. telling the name of the motherboard does nothing, since it's just some rubbish name doesnt exist anywhere on the net. and though this is not a megatrends board, it appears to be really using AMIBIOS 4.6.5

hi Dru2, yes the Arctic vendor told me it doesn't have in-built pwm controller. actually no biggie, i posted this thread to learn more about fans headers and hubs, and thanks to the replies here i have succeeded in doing so. this h61 is mainly for menial tasks like lengthy surface scans/mass data copying/bit-by-bit data cloning. even if the hub not usable, i might put one to use on other motherboards. thanks elysian, i will look again at fancontrol.

no man, i havent, but i'm going to try elisyan's fancontrol again.
i said i have succeeded in learning more about fans and hubs.

Hi can anyone also recommend maybe 5 of the best case fan hub brands, assuming i have 1 x 4-pin header?
