Indeed you are correct - I had in mind some discussion and comment about them - I find it hard to remember them - but yes I can find a list - thank you.

Thank you very much -I did search the forum but not finding anything remembering reading there are no stupid questions or similar - I thought I would ask to see what materialised and yes I do realise that overtime they change and there will be an up to date list on Microsoft - I just get frustrated with myself that I struggle to remember so many thinks - to do with my dyspraxia/dyslexia mainly but probably now also connected with being 75 years of age.

I plan to look - what I am wanting is some sort of easy way of remembering them in the fashion of Richard of York fought battles in vain - or similar - as a way of recalling the order of the colours in the spectrum - RED -Orange-Yellow etc.

Uhmm - I even got that wrong

The phrase “Richard of York gave battle in vain” is a mnemonic used to remember the colors of a rainbow in order. Each initial letter of the words corresponds to a color, as follows:
  • Richard: Red
  • of: Orange
  • York: Yellow
  • gave: Green
  • battle: Blue
  • in: Indigo
  • vain: Violet
So, when you see a rainbow, you can remember this phrase to recall the order of its colors from top to bottom. 🌈

Thanks again.

No that is not usable for me, because I am not a native English speaker. But I simple have no desire at all to remember or quickly produce what the colors of the rainbow are. Why would I? If I need any color in my favorite photo-editing program, I simply pick it up from the spectrum that is offered in that program. ;-)

...with being 75 years of age.
That's very young: I am just a bit older...
