Solved . jar file error

I can't open this .jar file. Java is current. It's newly downloaded since my hard drive was replaced last week. It worked fine before my laptop crashed.

You can try "jarfix". It scans clean at Virustotal...

No go. BUT I fixed the issue after much research this morning. It was PcMatic blocking it. Once I unistalled, jar file ran. I only installed PcMatic since husband uses it for years and I never used it. Wait til I tell him.
