KB5006674 failing with install error 0x800f0831 with build 22000.194

I have run the Windows Update troubleshooter and yet this update still fails, and I can't find anything that suggests how to cure it. The Insider Programme also says that there is a newer version available which then takes my to Windows Update but that isnt presenting any update other than KB5006674 which is failing
Any suggestions on a way to fix this?
Thanks
Iain Morrison
