Windows 11
Hi guys. I have a laptop that is running Windows 11 Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.3447). I was playing a game yesterday (Star Wars Kotor 2) and got the dreaded Windows BSOD, followed by system restart. I went to Windows Event Viewer log, and found out that it was a Kernel Power 41 (63) error. Last time that happened was back in March. Should I be concerned, and is there a fix for it? Kinda scared to use laptop now, especially when playing games, afraid it will crash/reset unexpectedly. Attached is Log Collector file. Thoughts and help appreciated :)

Most BSOD create entries in the event viewer (41) (6008) and create dump files.

Some findings:

a) There was one BSOD yesterday 05/11/2024

b) There was a failure to create a dump file

Please perform the following steps:

1) Post two links for the laptop

a) drivers

b) BIOS

2) Run Tuneup plus > post a share link

3) Run Sea Tools for Windows Long Generic test (all drives) > post share links

3) Read this tutorial on Windows Driver Verifier (WDV):

4) Plan to use WDV after posting Sea Tools for Windows Long Generic test results for all drives
