Solved Keyboard delay when typing at start

Greetings,
pre last update no issue
post last update, keyboard delay when typing at start. I have at least 2 to 3 seconds delay then the delay is gone.
Ran Windows Maintenance but no apparent issue.
Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
OS Version: 10.0.22621 N/A Build 22621
I am not very technical but what other steps can I try ?

Have you tried connecting it to another USB Port?

oh ok.. It's on a laptop. You might go into Device Manager, uninstall the keyboard drives, reboot and let Windows reinstall the drivers back automatically.
