Well Thunder scares Sammy now ...never did before tho. Then Monday and all thru next week, chances of rain showers everyday. Tomorrow is my last dry day for a while.

I'm sorry it scares her. We have friends with a pet like that. And the 4th of July, is always a rough time for her too. Have a look at one of the Thundershirts for her. It seems to have really helped our friends dog. :wink:

About the rain... fingers crossed it only showers and not heavy. I know that can be problematic.

Yes, I've always liked Nokia phones, this one will be my 4th one (maybe 5th, I've lost count). Their menu layout feels 'right' somehow. I'm already feeling comfortable with this new one.

Some of us had no choice, I had to wander round town today, first to pick up my phone from Argos, then across town to the Vodafone store to get my SIM card changed for a smaller one. My old phone used a Micro SIM, the new one required a Nano SIM.

With a light breeze it was OK walking in the midday heat, just as long as I could find some shade to walk in.

I've always liked Nokia. I have an old one that is like new, and worked perfectly. Unfortunately, over a year ago 3G was killed off here. And I settled for an Alcatel Go Flip 4. Honestly, it's a piece of junk, in comparison. But, it's alright for the limited need I have for it.

Yeah, they're turning off 3G here too, otherwise I'd continue using my 10+ year old Nokia C1-01. Parts of the country have already switched off, all the UK will be turned off by the end of the year. I'm already liking this Nokia 8210 4G :thumbsup:

I'm off to my Mini show shortly, it's 7am and already it's 14°C/58°F, with the upper 20's (°C) low 80's (°F) due by this afternoon. In addition to my usual thermos of coffee I'm taking a second larger one filled with chilled water (lightly flavoured with lime cordial) - so that's my hydration taken care of ;)
