that coffee has almost no effect.. I'm immune to it... It does not matter if i dont have any coffee the last 10 hours before bedtime or just 10minutes before bedtime.. i sleep as good or bad anyway.

.... so i could save some money and just skip it........ but i wont. *LOL*

I generally avoid coffee after 9-10pm in the hope that it wont stop me getting to sleep. However, with my habit of always finding 'just one more thing' to do before going to bed I've never actually found out if it made any difference. :lmao:

After 9-10PM?? I have to avoid it after 9-10 AM! Three good mugs between about 7 and 9 in the morning, with the missus, in bed, and playing word games on our phones and planning our day. Then no more caffeine. But I'll say nothing about the delightful beverages of the afternoon and evening. Ah, yes!

That is worse then coffee.. the one more thingi *lol*
Next time you have a power outage, you can test the theory if coffee will keep you up or not.

after 10AM..... wow, then i have to quit coffee as i get to bed between 5am to 7am *lol*

Well, I'm aiming for 2am this evening, and with luck I'll get in a good 8 hours before I wake again. Then, of course, it's the obligatory first strong coffee to kick-start my day....

Ah, yes. For me, too. Obligatory, absolutely. Well, it's 8:30PM here, and I try to settle by 9:30-10, to get ready for that first strong coffee in the morning, so I'll bid you and Marie a very good night, and I hope you both get some well-deserved rest.
