Much appreciated.

All was going well this morning, even put in a couple hours on the treadmill. A bit later was changing shoes, and ticked the back again. :-)

At this rate it's never going to heal (on it's own). It's very frustrating.

I fully understand wxc the same thing happens to me although it happens further apart now ...but I can turn or bend the wrong way and Bam...there it is again. :(
