I know.. I was totally caught off guard. The luck level of getting this is staggering but I got it and so did everyone else who rents from the same HUD group. Now it frees up lots of money so I can take guitar lessons again.

I haven't really decided. I might just use an online course and go from there. It's a lot more affordable.
