That is the problem with calls centres Mike. The skill level isn't consistent. It took four calls to my bank to find forms I sent them. In total I talked to five people. The last guy said let me look, yup they are all here. Split into several cases as different departments do different jobs. He couldn't understand why everyone was having issue. I'm waiting for the online survey.
