    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Afternoon Jerry. One of the problems with curved lenses. They are going to order a new lens and then ship the frames off and let them do the fitting. I get a discount but no sunglasses for three days. Bet it takes longer than three days. We shall see.

Thanks Jerry. I can use these new lenses until they are ready for the swap. They are nice, haven't updated since 2019 and my eyes have change.

I see Dell is running a sale. They put the price of some of their devices up 20% over the last few months. No way their costs went up 20%. With the sale they are still up 10%. Two months ago if you wanted Win Pro it was fifty dollars, now it is a hundred. Always have to know what you are buying.

Thats right Ken you can't jump too quick the way prices are going up on everything.

That is for sure Jerry. Amazing how fast they go up and how slow they come down. Needed gas today. I know the price of oil is down 10%. Price of gas down 4.5% and two thirds of that is the cut in gas tax. So the real price drop in gas is 1.5%. Hmmmm?
