I have a generator of similar size. It runs on propane or gas as well. I use propane because it's a cleaner burn and doesn't wear out the generator as quickly. I've only had to run it two times, though.

That's a good idea Jason, I may switch it over to propane at some point.

Going to look into it, we do get power cuts quite often, and around christmas time.

Plus my propane tank is real close to the generator shack ....would not take much to hook it up to propane.

We seem a bit lost now as we were all ready for it, but at least we won't be so tired.
So Many good things have happened today, I had breakfast in town, and met Trish who I missed the last couple of visits, I saw an old fried I haven't seen since before lockdown, the wildlife camera had 1,106 pictures but I haven't loaded them yet, so here is one from the night before last. I think he is standing guard over the fatballs

That's sweet. I have to get little propane tanks. You should be able to run virtually forever with your main propane tank.

Plenty to sort later Jerry. And a good chance to check out the new wildlife camera and SD card, I just bought a faster type 10 card as they are so cheap and I always like to have a couple of camera as they never seem to last that long
