I don't see anything different in the release notes.

Before it wasn't listed as "WHQL". I'm going to presume it still hadn't been tested (and passed) by Microsoft.

Anyone have suggestions on what to do about having 30.0.13002.23, which is from last summer? That's what was included on a new W11 system (MD Ryzen 7 5800H based), but there are no subsequent updates coming in from WU/WUMT (and the OEM has none, either).

At first I thought just get the latest UWP Preview driver, on the theory that that's what this is given the version series, but I'm not so sure because 30.0.13002.23 *is* in the Catalog, and there's no way that an OEM is providing Preview drivers on shipping systems.

I assume that I could put the preview driver on (I see the link above), but I'd rather just stay on the garden path and away from Preview releases. I also assume that if I uninstalled what I have and put on 22.x that WU would at a later point "upgrade" me to 30.0.13002.23.

Curiously, searching for the HW ID (PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_1638&SUBSYS_50F51458&REV_C5) in Catalog returns countless results (latest: 30.0.14064.5002), but looking at the details for a couple of them, at least, they don't match, as if search is broken. I haven't tested that yet with an actual install attempt, though.

Update: I ended up taking a different tack. In the release notes for the latest (non-preview) driver on AMD's site, they mention both the 22.x number and the 30.x number, so I searched for the latter in MCU and found:

Which installs, for whatever reason. I figure this is the true update for what I had.
