No, that's a bit confusing. The lack of the "b" doesn't indicate Public in this case. the 121.0 is a Release Candidate, kinda almost ready for Public but not quite. There may or may not be another Release Candidate, RC2, before the Public release.

Why does Firefox constantly forget key logins between launches within the same day? This has be around for quite a few months and Moz proposed solutins fail to solve this issue!

If you're clearing cookies and cache.... it'll forget key logins.

You are probably not only deleting cookies on close but you probably haven't created cookie exceptions so they'll be saved on browser close.
