Not sure what happened but it seems like it kept showing the old version and asking for a relaunch with both Microsoft Edge Stable and Google Chrome Beta. I killed all the processes of msedge.exe (stable only not canary) and mswebview2.exe before both would relaunch with the updated version. Not sure if it was caused by the earlier Microsoft Edge Canary update or not. What is interesting is both Microsoft Edge Stable and Google Chrome Beta updated to 79% and then sat there for 40+ minutes before it went to 100%.
