All my PCs just updated to Edge version 127. Now all title bars are black and I can no longer set them to the default colour as before. Looks like a new glitch.

Microsoft Edge was updated to version 127.0.2651.74 (Official build) (64-bit). Suddenly I lost me beloved blue background at the tabs titles and it became gray. Is there any way to restore that? In the time being I found the "Classic Blue" theme in Google Web Store, but is not the same. Is there any way to restore the old default blue background in tabs titles without downgrading Edge? Thanks!

In the time being I found the "Classic Blue" theme in Google Web Store, but is not the same. Is there any way to restore the old default blue background in tabs titles without downgrading Edge? Seems to have been reported here and I see from Googling the issue, it's not the first time this has happened with Edge.

I will look at the fix when I get home. Thanks. This "bug" making the color gray is not unique to Edge. Also Firefox did it and I had to "fix" it with a theme, and Chrome as well. Whatever you do with the browsers, please don't mess with the appearance! Let us users choose if we want to keep using the default familiar appearance or change it. Also "all gray" looks like Mac OS and we aren't fan of, we prefer Windows, including the much nicer default blue appearance in applications.

Whatever happened to the Memory Management feature that appeared in an earlier build then disappeared? There was a setting to select how much RAM Edge could use

Tried the script, it is the same as "Classic Blue" (blue background, white text in tabs) except much darker. I didn't like it. Any way to make the text black instead of white? I will stick with "Classic Blue" until I can go back to the familiar pre 127.xxx.xxx theme (blue background or whatever is your accent color, black text in tabs). Thanks you.

PS: Dear Winaero, if you read this, please provide a patch like you did with other applications before. Thanks!

I also lost tabs bar and address bar from green to black after an update. Got it back via these settings

On the Home screen had to turn off background again as it had been changed to on. 🤷‍♂️
