Same here on our 4PC's . When you hit the "Clear History" button, the what to clear box opens. When you hit "Clear History" nothing appears to happen. You cannot close this box, only the page. It appears that the Browsing History is cleared but the box remains open.

One of many. Some users, including myself, report Edge doesn't clear cookies on exit. Just too many new bugs, and too much feature bloat for me. I've stopped with the nonsense and gone back to Chrome.
