So either v114.0.1823.55 was only available briefly or Microsoft is distributing it only to a selected group of people which is possible because even with DISH Networks, the satellite DVR box, most people got the software version in the H34x where x is a number 0-9 who were considered the stable version and some people got the H35x where x is a number 0-9 that was a test version with a new video player. None of the customers got to select which they wanted as some of the people who got the test version are people with no technical skills, etc. Atleast with Microsoft you have a choice instead of random selection.

Another issue that I have repeated multiple times to make sure;
Even though Canary is set to stop running upon exit, it refuses to do so and hangs around with 16 processes active.
(it could be more or less if you have apps running or not)
NOTE: It does not happen with each instance but about 1 in 4.

More like the older brothers & sisters; Other Favorites are still out of whack.
Mom & Dad should be back soon. We don't have much time off in the US, unlike in some EU countries.

I found that they fix problems fast when it's reported, the last time was when TabsOutliner would not even start with one version which meant all my tabs were gone until they fixed it which I had to report on Feedback Hub because the Send Feedback didn't work which was the report below:

After installing this version of Edge, I can't get rid of the Bing Chat icon that moved from the top right corner (where I had disabled it) to next to the search bar as shown in the photo where i'm unable do disable it.
Any tips to make it disappear?

Hello friend,
I think there is some confusion between browser and web page.
The icon you want to remove is coded in the page, therefore it can't be removed.
The other icon at the top of the browser itself can be manipulated.
Just use Google.

That makes sense.
I like the minimalist look of the page...with few distractions.
I asked because before this update the Bing Chat icon was not there.
Anyway, it's not a problem.
I'll get used to the look.
