@antspants, the affected computer seems to be working much better. I have an older DELL that I may also roll back to 23H2 with the ISO you sent.
Who knows? I may do my other two computers as well. I might at least wait until 24H2 is offered as an upgrade since I don't think it was offered right away when it was released anyway.

Windows 24H2 has been offered as an update. It was a gradual rollout. However as much as the rollout seems to have gained momentum, there are still people who haven’t had it offered. Who knows why.
