Windows 11
I've been trying to install the latesr version of this program. After several crashes of W11 caused by the intallation, this is the message I sent to Support following hteir latest recommendations:-

Your solution did not work.

After installation a message appeared the 'driver' was not installed correctly, reinstall the program.

This did not work and crashed my PC again which Windows could not repair automatically.

Fortunately I had created a System Restore prior to attempting the instillation so was able to recover Windows etc.

This is not a simple problem it seems. Please would you forward to the information to your senior experts. I doubt if I'm the only person with a problem.

I've been using the program for years and several months on my new W11 PC but the latest update has created the problem.

Is it possible to download the previous version which was problem free please so I can try that again?

Has anyone else had a similar problem? I hope Easus come up with a solution very soon.

Hello, some years have passed but I think I am facing this now.

When I run the backup with EaseUS I usually get SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION. Was it your case?

I don’t know what f I have to blame EaseUS but the fact that it happened every time during the backup makes me wonder

A backup solution should be 100% reliable and predictable- No exception

-Version of EaseUS - Have you tried to re-install/update the software?
- Has any other backup software been tried?
-Version of Windows/Channel?
-Fill out your system specs in your profile
-Is it on the same system you had to do a reg restore? -If so, it wouldn't be surprising as you might still be missing component reference points-

Hey! Sorry to bother but we have to say hello again, and not for something good :/ I really appreciate the help though. Today after I restored my heavily broken system (do you remember?) I sadly got SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION while backupping it… so I tried the second time to backup and again BSOD!

Moral of the story? I am doing a second in place upgrade at this time of writing because the BSOD corrupted windows search this time! I’m truly living a nightmare these days man.

I don’t know when these SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTIONs started, but they have been going on for sure for the latest 10 days. My version of windows is now the latest 24H2 26100 on the latest cumulative. Also easeUS has been upgraded (and maybe BSODs started from that upgrade?). For now I will keep it disabled but I am very worried I will face BSOD and heavy corruption again. What would you suggest since I can’t backup? Shall I export the whole registry in a file so I can easily restore corruption instead of in place repair every time? I was so happy this morning when I saw it working…

Hope I will see light in this nightmare

The facts are as follows;

- Your system has suffered damage and corruption that has rendered it unsalvageable.
- The .reg restore performed yesterday had to match the configuration EXACTLY to the state prior to the failure
(which was never going to happen the way it was performed)
- Persistence of use will only result in increasing failures.
- Save what you can as far as files from the current broken machine.
- Perform a clean installation.
