There were many missing files.
Please perform the following steps:
1) Uninstall any of these non-Microsoft software:
a) antivirus
support.eset.com
b) firewall
c) drive encryption
Then post a new V2 share link into the newest post using one drive, drop box, or google drive.
2) Make sure Microsoft defender is on
3) Increase the free space on C: so that there is >30GB free space
4) Run:
