LibrOffice Versions?

Hi,

I always worked with Libroffice and i used the latest version: 7.6.7
Recently i see there are some new versions (the latest of them is 24,2,5)
I would like to know what the difference is between those 2 versions (7.6.7 and 24.2.5)

Can anybody help me with that?

Libre office have just changed how they list the latest version so the 24.2.5 was released on the 5th of February 2024.
these version numbers replace the old version numbers to give a better idea of how old or young the version is.
