Been struggling, my image failed.
Before the Dell logo appears I have two choices start Windows 11 or Macrium even without my external HD connected. ?

Macrium can optionally create a boot time option by amending the Windows boot menu. Very useful for when you need to restore your OS drive as it can't be done within Windows. The boot option doesn't appear automatically - someone has purposely created it. Keep it.

trying to check ? my Macrium for boot.
When choosing OS options ,
continue , use another , or troubleshoot ?
In advanced options what choice out six to try my external HD boot ?

You only select Macrium if you want to restore your OS from an image, never at any other time. Just select Windows.
