I updated my Rescue USB and tried to resize that page so I could see it all, but it would resize either. Windows 10.

Because a laptop font is hard for me to see, I had the display jacked up to 150%. And it seems that if I have it jacked up that high, I no longer have the ability to resize windows. :oops: :grrr:

I won't be able to confirm this until there's another update, but I'm pretty sure that's why the window was way too large and I couldn't resize it.

That's almost correct. It's not that you cannot resize the window, it's because that particular window has a minimum size, below which you cannot make it any smaller. And even at 125% scaling it's too large to fit on a 1366x768 laptop screen. You can't see the download button because its behind the Taskbar, well not unless you set the Taskbar to autohide.

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

    My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB NVMe ssd, supported device running Windows 11 Pro (and all my Hyper-V VMs).

I just installed the update and it asked me to restart my computer.

I seem to remember restarts on updates relate to certain features/settings?

Can anyone enlighten me?

It' is usually related to CBT, Image Guardian or viBoot.
If you don't have them installed, you'll rarely need to reboot after a Reflect update.

I have my TaskBar on top of my screen, and still couldn't see it. :( And it was on Windows 10, not 11. Oh, well, the problem is most likely solved; I'll know for sure next time there's an update. And yup, I will probably have to reduce scaling to 100%. Sigh . . .

Something like that happens with Skype with dual monitors on Windows 11. It fits itself to the height of the monitor and nothing I can do will allow me to reduce its size.

I've downloaded it, but won't install yet - I'll wait for an official release. It did however download direct from download.macrium.com, so it looks like the real thing, though maybe it's a release candidate being tested before an official release.

Macrium has a LOT of updates. I decided that unless the update directly affects me, I'll wait and run Macrium's updater about once every 2 months or so.
I don't want to wear out my internet or anything. :D

The "other" fixes don't apply to me personally.


But I would think it will show up in the MR updater, sooner or later.
