That could well be the issue, a whois lookup does indeed say that it expired at 14:38:01 on 2024-07-25, but it also states that it was updated at 15:33:03, less than an hour later. That brief gap in registration may be what caused the issues for some, and may still be propagating around the web on some DNS servers....

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.

    My SYSTEM THREE is a Dell Latitude 5410, i7-10610U, 32GB RAM, 512GB NVMe ssd, supported device running Windows 11 Pro (and all my Hyper-V VMs).

    My SYSTEM FOUR is a 2-in-1 convertible Lenovo Yoga 11e 20DA, Celeron N2930, 8GB RAM, 256GB ssd. Unsupported device: currently running Win10 Pro, plus Win11 Pro RTM and Insider Dev, Beta, and RP 24H2 as native boot vhdx.

Only other possibly weird thing I can think of... my motherboard has dual Ethernet ports, but I only use the Intel one?
The other port is Realtek.

Working for me and I'm not in the USA.

The only site I'm having trouble with is the French Railways (S.N.C.F) after hackers disrupted their network "In preparation for the start of the Olympic Games" in Paris today. At least the games are still going ahead as scheduled -- enjoy and BTW French TV has experimental 8K UHD transmissions if you have appropriate receiver (Satellite) and suitable video monitor !! -- 8K UHD is brilliant -- but you need decent (uncapped) internet of course if you get the pics from the Internet rather than via Satellite.

For Satellite set dish to EUTELSAT -- 12GHZ range for most of W.Europe you don't need a huge dish -- standard SKY size is good enough.

What's up with people on this planet these days -- why is it that whenever people want to enjoy themselves there's always a group who want to disrupt the entire kybosh. Maybe it's time for "Humans Mk II" as the current version / model doesn't seem to be living up to expectations !!!!

    fully 'Windows 11 ready' laptop. Windows 10 C: partition migrated from my old unsupported 'main machine' then upgraded to 11. A test migration ran Insider builds for 2 months. When 11 was released on 5th October 2021 it was re-imaged back to 10 and was offered the upgrade in Windows Update on 20th October. Windows Update offered the 22H2 Feature Update on 20th September 2022. It got the 23H2 Feature Update on 4th November 2023 through Windows Update, and 24H2 on 3rd October 2024 through Windows Update by setting the Target Release Version for 24H2.
