MEGA Sync problems with the desktop app

Hey guys,

I have a weird phenomenon that happens only on my main PC. On all other devices of mine, once I log into my MEGA and sync everything, the saved login information keeps the app running for a long time before it may require me to authenticate myself again (if at all). One of my laptops that I barely use still is logged in when I boot it up.

But on my PC, the MEGA app keeps prompting me again to log myself in and sync my files (which creates multiple copies of the MEGA Sync folder in Explorer), and no matter what, I can't seem to fix it. Only once it briefly worked for roughly a week. But now every other day.

I have already reinstalled the app a few times, even used Revo Uninstaller on it, deleted everything it found, and I still have this problem. I've learned to live with it, but it's quite frustrating nonetheless. Maybe someone has an idea or similar experience.

Isn’t that a paid service? Did you try their support?
