I’ll be interested to see what’s changed in Outlook though. If they’ve removed functionality I’m sticking with 2021.
If you're upgrading to Outlook 2024 from Outlook 2021, you'll still have all the features you're used to—and you'll notice a few new ones as well!

Important: All features listed here, unless otherwise noted, are included in both Outlook 2024 and Outlook LTSC 2024 for commercial customers.

I’ve read that and similar, what they fail to mention in most cases is what they have removed if one is not upgrading.

Only one way to find out, I will buy a standalone copy of Office 2024 public release when available. Might be a waste of money but that doesn’t bother me. At least then I’ll have it on a drive somewhere if install is needed.

    …still on a horse.
MS and other big tech companies have large marketing departments that work very hard to convince unsuspecting users that they need their latest products when they often don't. It isn't just Office 2024, look at the hype for months about Windows 11 24H2.
Where have you seen Microsoft marketing hype about Windows 11 24H2? I haven't seen or found any.

I did an integrated install of 2024 but, the branding is all the same!
It probably didn't work properly, or, I screwed something up! 🤷‍♂️

Hi there

@BruceR
I don't need any of that !!!! (What's new in Outlook 2024)

Office 2021 if it lasts even half as long as Office 2010 (which still works perfectly on W11 and can do pretty well anything I need to do) will be sufficient for me -- no subscription etc plus publisher still works.

Besides I can't get Lang Isl in outlook 2024 either.

Lang ISL was even available in outlook 2010 !!.
