Hello, I cant start Microsoft Store or calculator. Some other windows apps like calendar work fine, but not sure how many.

For store and calculator, I click on their icons and nothing happens. I tried these 2 tutorials:

But I get errors when I try to execute those commands (they were originally not in English in my CMD, I translated them):

When trying re-register command: Add-AppxPackage: Deployment failed with HRESULT: 0x80073D02, The package could not be installed because the resources it modifies are currently in use.Error 0x80073D02: The installation cannot proceed because the following applications must be closed:Microsoft.WindowsStore_22501.1401.7.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.

When trying uninstall command: Remove-Appxpackage: The term 'Remove-Appxpackage' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or executable program.
+ Get-AppxPackage -alluser *WindowsStore* | Remove-Appxpackage
+ ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
+ CategoryInfo : ObjectNotFound: (Remove-Appxpackage:String) [], CommandNotFoundException
+ FullyQualifiedErrorId : CommandNotFoundException

When trying install command: ForEach-Object: Cannot bind parameter 'RemainingScripts'. Cannot convert the value '' of type 'System.String' to type 'System.Management.Automation.ScriptBlock'.

Something I dont understand is, I have made a system restore from the option Settings > System > Recovery > Reset PC but the problem is still there.
