I am having issues downloading apps off the Microsoft Store and there are a few stuck Windows Updates
For the Microsoft Store: Any time I try to download any app, I receive the error "Something went wrong. We're aware of the issue and working to fix it. Try refreshing or come back later." and "Code: 0x80D03805"
For Windows Update: The following three updates are stuck on "Download & Install" where "Retry All" doesn't work
Additional context: I was originally on the Insider program, on the Release Preview channel. One day, I went to use the computer and noted that no audio output devices were being recognized by Windows, and some of the icons on the Start menu were missing (but the text was still present underneath). Among my troubleshooting steps, I checked the Insider program and noticed that I was on the Dev channel (even though I had never chosen that), and others on the internet had posted a similar experience with being moved automatically to the Dev channel. I followed the solution by Johnny55 on this thread to roll back to another build: Redirecting. Interestingly, this took me from build 26100.3194 to 26100.3476. I also unenrolled from the Insider program
The above fixed the audio output recognition and the missing icons on the Start menu, but then I noticed the previously mentioned Windows Update and Microsoft Store problems I am trying to resolve now. I did an in-place repair using the Media Creation Tool which brought me from 26100.3476 back down to 26100.2033, but my problems still remain
I wanted to see if there is anything else I could try before having to clean install Windows - I would really like to avoid having to do a clean install if possible. Thank you
