Missing letters Win 11 pro

I did a fresh win11 install last night from a new download of the media creator but nothing changed. Graphics are fine after boot but during boot they are messed up. Memtest ran successfully overnight with a PASS. I then realized I had a long 10ft hdmi cable and replaced it with a short one but still the same error. This system is only a few months old with the latest hardware. Very wierd. Boot drive is pcie4 ssd 1tb

I don't know about Windows, but missing letters at boot (before loading Windows) indicate corrupted RAM. I would download Strelec WinPE or a Linux ISO and create a bootable USB flash drive. Then I would boot from the USB and run Memtest to check my RAM.

Use Rufus to create the USB flash drive:

If RAM passes the test, I would check my graphics card or CPU are not overheating. Use an air spray or blower to blow away as much dust as you can from your tower. I would open the lid and also blow dust from the CPU cooler and other fans to improve heat dissipation. A little more advanced step is to remove the CPU cooler, clean the old thermal paste and apply fresh.
