Monitoring downloads of a specific app

As I said, unfortunately after installing this software, it will show a message saying, "This tool is unavailable for your country".
That's why I asked if you could choose my laptop model and upload the entire package for me.
Links are OK and I can download and install this DriverTools_setup but after running it the error appears. even changing IP, DNS, Time zone, Windows default location did not solve my problem.
Sorry, I just thought Huawei pc manager isn't working. The files are too large and I'll see what I can do

Why are we making this so difficult? Here is a super easy way to save your drivers:

1) Allow your software to update the drivers and run Windows update to allow any additional updates to drivers to be applied.

2) Make sure all drivers are installed and that you have no errors in Device Manager and that the system is working properly.

3) Open a command prompt and run these commands:

MD C:\Drivers_Backup
pnputil /export-driver * C:\Drivers_Backup

That's it! You have just saved all your drivers to C:\Drivers_Backup. Make sure to save this folder to a safe location.

If you ever reinstall Windows, adding all your drivers is even easier:

Open Device Manager. At the top of the device tree, right-click the computer name and select Add Drivers. Point to the location where you have saved your drivers and make sure to allow it to process all subdirectories. Done! In a few minutes, all drivers will be installed.

NOTE: While drivers are being installed, the screen may flash or go blank briefly while the display driver is being installed. This is normal and expected behavior.

edit: I know how to backup drivers with DISM, but some drivers like VGA driver have specific apps inside their installation package and DISM method will only copy .inf and .sys files which are not enough for my use.
I don't know if maybe I read your post and responded before the edit, but I assume that you are referring to the Microsoft Store apps that get installed to support devices like your display driver, realtek audio, etc. I have found that when I install the drivers using the exported drivers as I had outlined, those apps still get installed automatically. At least that is my experience on all my machines. Even if they didn't install automatically, you could always simply install those from the Microsoft Store.

MS Store has the Control Panel apps for Intel, AMD and NVIDIA graphics devices. Only because MS keeps pushing them to provide it on the Store.

But for everyone else (Realtek, etc.) they don't provide Store packages and instead have EXE installers (MSI is never an option). If you want the "extras", then you need the full installer package. A driver INF won't list the extra files, so exporting the driver set misses out on all those files.

I guess you don't have Matebook experience. I use a Matebook myself. The friend who brought up the topic also uses a Matebook. There is a problem with our models: Windows Update does not find up-to-date drivers approved by Huawei. Also, if you install drivers for the chipset from the manufacturer's site, the problem arises. So just install the basic drivers from Huawei (Huawei pc manager or Huawei driver setup program), and also update them via Windows Update if available. This is such an unbalanced problem in the Huawei Matebook models that we use

But that is my point: Allow the Huawei app to install all the drivers. Then export them. If you ever reinstall Windows, you can simply re-import them without the Huawei utility.

NOTE: If there are additional supporting utilities that you simply cannot get, you can use a tool like Sysinternals Process Monitor to see what the Huawei app is doing and where it is saving the drivers before it installs them. I have intercepted downloads like this many times uses that utility. Note that there is a bit of a learning curve to Process Monitor, just be aware of that going in.

It's not a problem for me. Drivers customized by Huawei have already been backed up. My goal is to help the friend who brought up the topic. (There may be a semantic error because I use google translate) 👍🤪

I'm using UUPDump script to create Windows iso with drivers integrated to the image. so, I don't have to install those drivers after a fresh install. but the problem is Windows will not install extra apps to have access to some customization tools in those utilities.
Also, if you remember, you gave me a bat file to integrate updates to windows iso usings DISM. so my image is fresh and has all .inf and .sys drivers but not the utilities.
NTLite has an option to run specific apps (like silent installers) to install your apps after first running of windows. as those Huawei installers are silent, I can integrate them to my iso with NTLite which will install utilities in the background when I'm setting up my device in OOBE.
I just want those silent installers which Huawei PC Manager downloads. but I don't know how to use "Sysinternals Process Monitor" to know what's happening in the background. I just locked the Huawei pc manager installation folder delete option in Program Files folder to backup those installers, but Huawei will use other paths to download and install those drivers. as I couldn't find them in all temporary folders, I think they will be deleted automatically after installation.
another reason that I want to save those offline installers is that my laptop is old and Huawei is not providing any newer drivers for my device. I'm worried that they won't provide online installers too. those drivers are a bit different from manufacturers like AMD and Realtek public drivers as Huawei makes some customizations on em!

any recommendations for me?

Also, I want to thank you all for your guidance. ❤️❤️❤️
