That is why I am happy to have the built-in fingerprint reader. I don't have to type in my pin or password when windows bugs me for ID confirmation. I am not so good at typing anymore but if I did not use fingerprint reader, I would use a pin instead which is much shorter than my password and not stored on your computer. Just a security precaution on windows part but can be a nuisance.
